Teams from Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana gathered for an unforgettable day of team cohesion at the Créole Beach Hotel.

The challenge: creating a unifying experience rooted in the cultures of three territories — for teams that work together but rarely meet in person. Four challenges structured the afternoon: a cultural quiz "Ti Kozé", a sports relay, a Caribbean music blind test, and a blind tasting of local products — dried fruits and rum from across the territories.

 

Programme design, coordination of facilitators, vendors and inter-island logistics — including air transfers.

 

An exceptional afternoon celebrated by all participants. Several territories, one energy.
