50 years of the BTP Antilles-Guyane Pension Fund

Celebrating 50 years of an institution across three territories simultaneously — a major logistical, human and communication challenge.

 

The BTP Antilles-Guyane Pension and Provident Fund entrusted us with the management of this multi-event programme deployed over 6 months.

Gala evenings, conferences, open days — each territory had its own landmark moment, designed to unite teams, celebrate the institution and create lasting memories.

 

Full logistical coordination, vendor and partner management, communication coordination, press relations and targeted outreach campaigns.

Result: over 600 participants across all territories. Seamless deployment of a complex programme. Memorable events blending information, conviviality and institutional celebration.
